How we collect, use, store and protect personal data across our website, client portal and service delivery.

Last updated: 1 August 2026

1. Data we collect

Enquiry data you submit: name, work email, phone number, company, service interest, budget range, timeline and the message content.

Recruitment data: your name, contact details, selected role and the resume you upload.

Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and cookie identifiers where you have consented to analytics.

2. Why we process it

To respond to enquiries and prepare proposals (legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract).

To deliver contracted services, support and billing (contractual necessity).

To send newsletters where you have given explicit double opt-in consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

3. Legal bases

Where the GDPR applies we rely on consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interests and legal obligation as set out above. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act we process personal data for the specified lawful purposes notified to you at the point of collection.

4. Retention

Enquiry records are retained for 24 months from last contact. Recruitment data is retained for 12 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Contractual and financial records are retained for eight years as required by Indian tax law.

5. Sharing and subprocessors

We never sell personal data. We share it only with vetted subprocessors — cloud hosting, email delivery, CRM and analytics providers — under written data-processing terms, and with authorities where legally required.

6. Security measures

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest. Access follows least privilege with role-based controls, mandatory two-factor authentication for staff, audit logging of privileged actions, and regular patching and backup testing.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to privacy@digitaldashtech.in and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the EU/EEA you may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

8. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside India or the EEA, we use providers offering Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
